Homewood Suites by Hilton Las Vegas City Center

Staff was friendly. Some miscommunication with shuttle was frustrating. Breakfast was decent, but not as good as other Homewood Suites we've been to. Pool was nice, hot tub was disappointingly out of order. Rooms had lots of space, but furniture was worn in places, lamp shades had stains. Could use a refresh.

Most of not all was okay. I didn't have cleaning service because I didn't want any so, I do not know how good their cleaning service is. I clean my own and get new towels myself. The room toilet is small. That is my biggest complaint. Hotels NEEDS to stop having toilet 1 foot off the ground! I am 6'5! I can not sit with my knees at my chin. They had a decent height RR in the lobby. I may come back to visit but I would need to be accomadated with an Handicap at the point if hotels (seemingly the older ones) continue to have toilets meant for toddlers. Other than that, everything else was decent. I'll have to be sure to come back when school is in to avoid these kids.

Loved my experience here during my Vegas trip! Clean rooms, free breakfast, and friendly staff! One bad thing, the EV chargers / tesla chargers did not work.

LaTonya is amazing. She made check in feel like I was walking into my own home. Whatever she is getting paid she deserves double. We had a great stay over New Years weekend. Will definitely stay here again. Shoutout to LaTonya, the best Hilton employee in the nation!

I booked this hotel for a quick weekend trip. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life, and I was SO IMPRESSED. The staff was so friendly and helpful, lobby and breakfast area were always clean and well stocked, and the rooms were very spacious and clean too. And the location of this hotel is central enough so you're close to things, but it's tucked in a quieter area so you can still get a good night's sleep. I would stay here again in a second.

Latanya and Katrice provided outstanding service throughout my stay—both were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their positive attitudes truly made my experience enjoyable and memorable.

Today is my third day here, and I’ll be staying for more than a week — honestly, it’s been great so far! From the moment I checked in, Gabriela at the front desk made me feel super welcome. She was calm, courteous, and very professional, exactly the kind of person you want to meet after a long trip. She explained everything clearly, made check-in quick and easy, and has been just as helpful and friendly every time I’ve seen her since. Big shout-out to her for her great attitude and customer service! The rooms are really nice and comfortable, way better than I expected. They come with a full kitchen, utensils, dishwasher, and everything you need, which makes it perfect for families or longer stays like mine. Housekeeping comes every other day and keeps the place clean and fresh. On Wednesday evenings (5–6:30 PM), they host a little social gathering in the lobby with free light bites, such a nice touch and a great way to unwind. There’s a fitness center, laundry room, and business center all open 24 hours, plus a pool open from 9 AM to 10 PM. The free breakfast is also really good, with plenty of options — weekdays from 6:30–9:30 AM and weekends from 7–10 AM. Parking is $20 per night, and if you’re bringing a pet, it’s $75 for 1–4 nights or $125 for 5+ nights. Overall, I’m really enjoying my stay here. It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The staff — especially Gabriela — make it even better. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Las Vegas!

I have great and worse reviews. Check-in was nice and smooth. I had a flight canceled and I was given a voucher for hotel, food and transportation. I was told that I can stay until 7pm because of "distress passenger" so I was content until the next day. I was rushed to get out the room. I spoke to the asst manager Barrett and he was to the point rude and arrogant. Meanwhile the lady that registered us and gave us keys, Latanya J. was incredibly helpful, polite and was trying her best to get my voucher extended. She was amazing! We tried 3xs to get my voucher extended. The 1st call it was "granted" but never got an email so that we can stay longer. Second time, denied. She went out of her way to keep trying and called the airline again so that I can speak to a manager. I can keep typing but long story short, Latanya was the best thing that happened to us this day. She tried her best and stayed concerned about our extension. If you ever come here deal with her she is AMAZING and very informative. She tells you what you have privilege to, what time is breakfast and even gives you a bag with 2 bottles of water. Who does this, I know!! It's Latanya J. I can keep commend her but you'll find out when she takes care of you. You won't be disappointed.
